Adrian Lefler, CEO of My Social Practice, is a seasoned expert in the dental marketing industry with 14 years of experience. He is widely recognized for his engaging and informative presentations. Based in Suncrest, Utah, Adrian shares his life with his wife, four children, and a lively mix of pets. My Social Practice is a leading dental marketing company, and Adrian is passionate about helping dental professionals succeed in this dynamic field.
Dr. Jim holds a dental and master's degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed a General Practice Residency, became a solopreneur, all while researching and implementing advanced dental technologies and consulting as a Dentrix and Schick trainer. He is also a patented inventor, trainer, educator, publisher, and lecturer having presented across the USA, Japan, Germany, London, Poland, Mexico, and Finland.
He has worked in the dental insurance industry for over a decade as a dental consultant, a State Dental Director, a National Dental Insurance Director, and is an AADC Certified Dental Consultant. Dr. Jim is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and the CEO of Practice Booster.
Over the years, he also served as the Director of Medical Affairs for GlaxoSmithKline ensuring safety, compliance, and governance standards for Sensodyne, Pronamel, Biotene, and Aquafresh. As the Director of Clinical Affairs for Premier Dental, he coordinated product launch strategies, sales and dealer training, led their key opinion leader engagement program, and was integral in their new product development and launch strategies.
