How to add an admin to a Facebook Business Manager. Business Manager Admins have full control of your page and can do things like connect your Instagram to your Facebook Page.

1. Sign into Facebook using your personal account that is an admin on the Facebook Page
2. Navigate to https://business.facebook.com/select
3. Select the business manager that owns your page
💡 Tip: Not sure which account owns the page? Check the page access section of your page and look for the 'Business Account Access' section. The account listed here owns your page and the admins of that account have full control to do actions like connect your Instagram to your Facebook Page.
4. Click the gear icon in the bottom left-hand corner to get to the business settings
5. Click 'People' and then the blue 'add' button
6. Type in the email address associated with the Facebook account for the user you are wanting to add
7. For full control or true "admin" access, click the drop-down next to 'everything' that says none and switch it to 'Manage'
8. Click 'Next' and assign the assets you want that user to have. The most important item is selecting the page you want them to have access to.
9. Once you select the page in the middle column, move to the right-hand column, scroll down, select 'Facebook access', and toggle on 'Full-control'
10. Click invite to send an email to that user so they can accept and join the business manager!
⚠️ Don't have access to the business account that owns the page? Follow these steps:
1. Have each admin on the page follow this article and check if they have access
2. If all listed admins do NOT have access, check with any previous marketing companies you may have worked with or past employees that might have previously worked on your social media
