# How do I block or unsubscribe a contact from getting review requests?

1. Navigate to https://ourreviews.today

2. Click Contacts

3. Hover over the contact you are wanting to block or unsubscribe then click 'Edit'

4. To fully block a contact means you will not be able to send or receive any communication from them. To do so, simply click the 'Block' button in the top right-hand corner.

5. Alternatively, you can adjust communication preferences and unsubscribe them from receiving emails or texts specifically. To do this, toggle on/off the email or text opt-in settings below.
