How do I limit how often my patients get review requests?

1. Navigate to https://ourreviews.today

2. Click Campaigns

3. Click the gear icon next to 'Create Automation'

4. Toggle on the setting to 'Limit how frequently emails and texts are sent out'

5. When toggling this setting 'on' a drop-down menu appears where you can select the number of days you'd like between each request.

 

 

💡Tips:

  • To minimize disruption, text messages are only sent to contacts between 8 AM - 8 PM. The business location that provides their service determines the time zone setting.
  • This will apply to both Campaigns and Automation.
  • This will not affect requests that are being sent via Quick Send or Inbox.
  • The email or text frequency limit applies to each campaign type. For example, if you have already hit your limit in sending out a review request to a contact, you can still send a survey to them.
  • If a contact is added to multiple locations and you've hit the frequency limit for that contact in one location, communication can always be sent out to them from the other locations.
  • Reminder emails don’t count toward the sent number as well as the email frequency limit.
